About the project

Malešice Business Park is a “last-mile” project designed to accommodate a wide range of occupiers, including e-commerce, light manufacturing, logistics, technology companies, and showroom uses.

With flexible modular layouts, the project can be tailored to specific tenant requirements, from small business units to larger storage or production spaces.

The ideal solution for companies in the fields of e-commerce, light manufacturing, logistics, or showrooms.

The project will deliver over 9,600 sqm of leasable space across three buildings A, B and C.

Phase 1

Building B and C will provide smaller flexible units ranging from 875 to 1,100 sqm (units can also be combined). Expected delivery 2 QTR 2026.

Phase 2

Planned building A will offer even smaller units starting from 300 to 500 sqm, also with the option to combine them. Expected delivery 2 QTR 2027.

All halls will feature clear heights from 7,5 up to 10 meters, floor load capacity of 5 t/sqm, and will be delivered in shell & core modern standard, allowing tenants to customize the spaces to their specific needs.
